SCRIPTURAL POSITION 

"If My people, who are called by My Name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land."  2 Chr. 7:14  

The Spirit’s 2014 Correction led Marilyn/MNL to the following Scriptural position

I want to share with those who have followed Ministries of New Life over the past years the outcome of the Spirit’s October 2014 correction.  It took nearly a year to process the magnitude of this encounter.  During that time the Spirit brought new touchstones: He opened my eyes to see that Torah (Pentateuch) does not mean “Law,” as translated by Christian scholars, but Teachings.  Hence Torah is our Father’s Teachings.  The Spirit also removed scales from my eyes concerning Matt. 5:17-19; Col. 2:16-17 and Rev. 2:4-5.

In Col. 2:16-17 the Apostle Paul underscores that Gentile believers should not let anyone judge them for eating a Torah-based diet, keeping our Father’s Festivals, New Moons or Sabbaths as these are a shadow of things to come in the Messianic Kingdom.  For a fuller treatment of the above verses, please see our 2016 Spring Newsletter or Teshuvah Prayer Guide  opening articles entitled MNL Spiritual Shock Waves.
