About Marilyn
Ministries of New Life (MNL) was birthed during a night of prayer. Once the Spirit released Marilyn, He envisioned her to begin weekly prayer from her home. Soon intercessors committed to 5:00 am daily prayer and days and nights of prayer and fasting held in local churches.
In the third year, the MNL team gathered spiritual leaders of Kansas City to cast a vision for the first citywide National Day of Prayer service, May 7, 1987. From that prayer gathering the Spirit launched the Citywide Prayer Movement. Each month MNL hosted a continental Prayer Breakfast uniting Spiritual Leaders from across the metropolitan area.
